Ms.Kalpana Mohan
Ms. Kalpana Mohan is a teacher by profession hailing from Bangalore, India with 35 years of teaching and administrative experience to go with. She served as the Principal of Vidyashilp Academy, ranked among the Top 10 ICSE/IGCSE schools in India, for over 18 years. With her vast experience she established PNC COGNITIO SCHOOL in Kadugodi Whitefiled which focuses mainly on Inclusive education with Finnish model. She possesses strong and practical knowledge in ICSE and CAIE curricula and had the honour of serving as the convener of examinations for ICSE schools in Bangalore and inspector for ICSE affiliation.
Primarily a Bachelor degree holder in Chemistry, she has a Masters in Political Science to her name. In addition, she has Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism and a Masters in Education Management. She is a certified Programme Leader by Cambridge University, London. She is a certified educator in Global Perspective. She holds a Certificate on Managing Diversity in the classroom under the RTE.

She has won several awards for her contributions to education. “Swarna Karnataka Shikshana Rathna “by Government of Karnataka, Best principal award by BEO office, Bangalore North and identified as “Super Citizen” by DNA newspaper, and got felicitated as “Progressive Principal of India” , “Best Academic Consultant in Karnataka” by GTF in Bangkok to name a few. Very recently she was awarded as “Distinguished Educator-India” by AKS in Dubai.
Akhil Mahajan
Akhil is a vivid entrepreneur with 17+ years of experience in strategy consulting, market research and marketing. He has been cited among the ‘Top 100 Market Influencing Leaders 2017’ by the World Marketing Congress.
He has been active in his entrepreneurial stint for the past four years and has set up ventures in India, Saudi Arabia and Canada. His ventures are in EduTech, MallTech, and RetailTech under the name of EduSome (cited among top 10 EduTech start-ups in India, 2019), ClientSome, EdgeSome Consulting and Hafezs.
He previously worked with strategy consulting firm Boston Analytics and research firm Evalueserve. He has worked extensively with Fortune 1000 firms globally, supporting their strategy, business development, and market intelligence teams.
Ridhi Gupta
Post Graduate in Computer Sciences, Headed top leadership roles in organisations dealing in financial services before venturing into entrepreneurship. Director of strategy and planning, she co-founded Utsaah Learning Private Limited, a venture into training and nurturing the talent of children in various art forms. A dynamic lady, has held top leadership roles in various business forums and educational clubs and taken those to new greater heights. She has been featured in business magazines and guest contributor to a few books. Her passion is to establish her two ventures into recognized brands and that classroom teaching and learning becomes more fun-some and creative for all stakeholders. Her key to success is good business ethics, integrity and hard work.
